Ashok Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management, New Delhi Admission Process

The Ashok Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management (AHITM) is much-famed in hospitality education circles, the institute houses many undergraduate and diploma programmes in the hospitality arena. AHITM admission procedure is thought out in such a way as to choose candidates who, according to the institute, possess an inclination toward the industry and the potential to shine there. AHITM mainly takes in students for the flagship course of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. For this programme, scores from the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE) are considered.

Payment of the application fee by online mode
Download the duly filled application form and keep a copy for reference
Attend the NCHM JEE on the announced date (Most probably in April-May)
Check NCHM JEE website for result and schedule for counselling
If shortlisted, go through the counselling process for seat allocation

AHITM Application Process for B.Voc in Food Production and Diploma in Hospitality Management

AHITM Eligibility Process

AHITM B.Voc in Food Production Admission Process

AHITM has 60 seats for B.Voc in Food Production programme. AHITM admission process will usually involve a combination of a student's performance on the entrance examination and their record in academic performance. The total fee for this programme is approximately Rs. 291,300.

AHITM Diploma in Hospitality Management Admission Process

There are 60 seats under Diploma in Hospitality Management programme also. AHITM admission to this one-year diploma course may be based on the merit of the candidate's qualifying examination (10+2) or an entrance test conducted by the institute. The total fee for this one-year course is approximately Rs. 67,100.
