Dear student since you didn't provide your caste category you may choose below. Depends on category you belong-

• If general candidate sorry you won't get 
• If SC candidate then you can get as close rank is about 3500 
• If ST you will surely get, physically disabled then also you can

Both the colleges are good ,but if we talk about placements then IHM Kolkata is better than Chennai. It doesn't mean IHM chennai is not good, it's just that IHM kolkata offer more opportunities and is always among the top IHMs in India.

Yes you can get admission in IHM meerut but not in 1 st round you may get into it in 2nd or 3rd round so just wait for these rounds.
