IMA Bhubaneswar: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

The Institute of Mathematics and Applications (IMA), Bhubaneswar was established in the year 1999 by the Government of Odisha. The IMA campus is spread over 21 acres of land. IMA offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of sciences, humanities and social sciences. The institute is affiliated with Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. Admission into UG and PG courses will be made on the basis of the entrance test. 

Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria determined by the institute are eligible for admission in the courses offered by IMA. Candidates need to fill out the application form. Aspirants will have to fill necessary details such as personal details, educational details and need to submit the form in online mode. The IMA Bhubaneswar provides a wide range of facilities to the students. The campus is integrated with modern wifi, uninterrupted electricity and a huge library which has more than 9900 references on mathematical, financial, computational and related subjects. 

Other facilities available at the IMA are o well-equipped and furnished computer labs, separate hostel facility to both boys and girls. Applicants who fill out the application form at IMA can opt for three exam centres from the list of IMA centres.

The nearest bus Baramunda bus stand is around 6 km away from IMA campus. Students can reach the Institute of Mathematics and Applications by hiring a taxi or a cab.
