Jagadguru Dattatray College of Pharmacy at Indore started in the year 2018 and it is relatively a young college in the field of pharmaceutical education in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Situated in Bhawrasala, behind SAIMS Hospital on Sanwer Road, this affiliated college PCI approved and recognised by AICTE All India Council for Technical Education. The institute is located in a sprawling 2.5 acre land and the institute offers specialised education in the field of pharmacy that is at present offering only one full time B.Pharm programme to a sanctioned intake of one hundred students’every year.

Jagadguru Dattatray College of Pharmacy has all necessary suitable amenities to meet its educational goals and objectives as per current times. The library strives to be fully automated with an open access to its resources together with an OPAC that will enable students to search for the material easily. To enhance the students’ practical session, the college possesses well-equipped laboratory appropriate for pharmaceutical college. The campus also provides different accommodation for boys and girls separately to ensure the convenience of students who need hostels to live in. These hostels provide such facilities as kitchens, telephones, dining rooms and recreation rooms fitted with Television sets. The college has a priority to allow students to maintain their health with a doctor visiting the hostels at least twice a week for checkups.

Jagadguru Dattatray College of Pharmacy currently offers one primary course: a four-year full time duration B. Pharmacy also known as B. Pharma programme. The purpose of this programme is to equip students with sufficient knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical sciences to fit them for health care institutions especially pharmaceutical industries, in the challenging field of pharmacy. The college holds her intake for this course to be 100 students to create a point of contact basis for all the students.
