Jagruti Institute of Engineering and Technology is an affiliated college established in the year 2004 at Ibrahimpatnam, Telangana. JIET is spread over a vast area of 10.2 acres of land and provide the engineering and management courses. It has got NAAC accreditation and intakes a total of 622 students for different courses with the faculity strength of 119 members . JIET is a co-educational institution and offers 9 courses in three degree programmes of engineering and management.

Their goal provide students with great learning atmosphere and in this regard, the institute has several amenities to ensure students get the necessary facilities to enhance their learning. The campus has a central library with a good network resource which comprises books, journals and other printed and electronic materials in different fields of specialisation. Students have a digital library that includes 24 computer systems along with a server that guarantees users will have easy access to the material they need. Further, Jagruti Institute of Engineering and Technology also has well equipped modern laboratory for practical’s and computer centre for updating the students technological knowledge. In order to protect the health of its community, the Institute has a health center with first aid amenities. Sports amenities also complement the campus environment as well as a cafeteria for meal preparation and an auditorium for assemblies and seminars. For the purpose of comfortable moving, the institute offer transport facilities to both students and members of staff.

Jagruti Institute of Engineering and Technology has a plethora of courses across all fields to accommodate anyone with his or her kind of dream job. There are seven B.Tech lateral entry course, one M.Tech course and MBA course in the institute which are all on full time bases. The B.Tech programmes include Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Data science and Cyber security. At the postgraduate level, the courses are laid out as Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. 

Jagruti Institute of Engineering and Technology has its admission criteria based mostly on entrance examinations. For admission to the B.Tech programmes, the institute considers the scores of the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) only. For planning M.Tech admissions the TS PGECET examination is conducted for the aspiring M.Tech students. These exams are very vital for those students trying to gain admissions for such courses as they stand as a vital ingredient to change the lives of the chosen ones.
