Jai Bajrang Mahila PG College, Jaunpur, was established in the year 2005 and is an affiliated college situated in Mungra Badshahpur, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. This women’s institution covered an area of five acres; the centre has 8 courses across 6 degree programmes. It is an NCTE approved college with a total enrolment of 873 students and 21 committed faculty members. 

Jai Bajrang Mahila PG College is affiliated with VBSPU Jaunpur. Jai Bajrang Mahila PG College has excellent facilities aiming at improving the learning facility of the students in college. Jai Bajrang Mahila PG College has a plethora of courses it offers to her students to ensure that they can find a course they can be interested in. The institution offers 8 full-time programmes for the students, which are both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Undergraduate degrees include the Bachelor of Arts and the Bachelor of Science, though in many universities the degrees are referred to as B.A. and B.Sc., respectively. The postgraduate courses are offered in the form of coursework M.A. in Hindi, Home Science and Sociology. The college provides B.Ed, M.Ed, and D.El.Ed for those students who want to become teachers or are already teaching. 

The admission procedure at Jai Bajrang Mahila PG College is quite different depending on the course plan chosen. For the B.Ed programme, the only merit factor used is marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination as per the policy framed by the state government and university. Likewise, legally prescribed entrance examinations and marks obtained in the qualifying examination dictate the admission criteria for the D.El.Ed programme.
