Established in the year 2008, Jai Mata College of Education, Hisar, is a co-educational institute. The institute was established to provide prospective teachers with quality training. Affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, it is located at VPO Banbhori in Hisar district of Haryana. The college has gained recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education. 

This college is affiliated with Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, and is situated in the Hisar district of Haryana and has been approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Besides this, various facilities provided to the students help to give more impetus to the learning processes. The library, being established as an information hub, has a large collection of literature in the form of books and journals along with digital resources. It follows an open-access system for faculty and research scholars so that an atmosphere of self-learning is inspired. The laboratories of the college are well equipped with models and apparatus; as such, the students get ample opportunity to learn by doing. The college promotes sports activities as a part of the all-around development of the capabilities of the students. It arranges an annual sports event comprising cricket, football, badminton, and softball.

Jai Mata College of Education is currently offering only one full-time course, which is B.Ed. The B.Ed. course aims to equip the students with the pedagogical skills and knowledge to face the challenges in the education profession.

Admission to Jai Mata College of Education is done on merit in marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.
