Jain College, Vasavi Road, is an undergraduate and postgraduate self-financing institution for the study of Commerce, Management, and Economics. Application Process

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Com and B.Com (Hons): The admission to these courses will depend both on the marks scored at the level of 12th Board/2nd PUC examination and in the JET. Candidates will have to meet the minimum cut-off percentage laid down by the college itself for each program, communicated during the JET process.

BBA and BBA in Aviation Management. Admission procedure for these programs is just like that of B.Com. Students should have cut-off percentage in their 12th Board/2nd PUC examination and also score well in JET. The specific cut-off for each of the programs will be announced during the admission process.

M.Com: The eligibility criteria require that the students possess a degree of bachelor obtained from a university recognized by the UGC or equivalent institution, scoring at least 50% aggregate for general category (and 45% for SC/ST candidates). The selection is made based on academic performance and entrance test score by the college.

MA Economics: This program has similar eligibility and admission requirements as that of M.Com. Candidates would be required to have obtained a bachelor's degree with the required minimum marks, and the selection is made based on candidates' academic records and performance in the entrance test set by the college.
