Jaya Sakthi Engineering College (JSEC) started in the year 2001, located at Thiruninravur Chennai, Tamilnadu. This affiliated college, recognised by AICTE New Delhi, has various engineering courses in its wide spread 10.74 acres of land. JSEC enrols 124 students in total and this institution has a faculty of 79 thus it offers personalised learning. The college provides six undergraduate engineering degrees which award the Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in response to different areas of specialisation in technology, a continually developing discipline.

Jaya Sakthi Engineering College features a numerous number of installments aimed at increasing the quality of the student experience. The hostel facilities include boarding of boys and girls that are well equipped with modern facilities and hygienic canteen. To encourage change of behaviour among the students, the club in the hostels referred to as the SMS club initiates various activities to enhance the academic achievements and individuals’ growth. An example of JSEC’s delivery of all round education is manifested in its well equipped Gymnasium, stocked library and a variety of sporting facilities. The college includes outdoor games such as football, cricket, and basketball and indoor games like snooker, and table tennis. For learning, the institution offers modern laboratories, an efficient IT centre and an auditorium for events and functions.

JSEC has offered a total of seven full-time BE programmes, each of which take four years to complete. Such courses are Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science and Cyber Security etc. Every course has been approved to take in 60 students and the total number of seats in all the programmes is 360. Such a diverse selection of fields ensures student select area of specialisation that suits them best upon fulfilling technological needs in the progressing world.

 JSEC recognises the TNEA examination, which is the main entrance test for engineering in Tamil Nadu.
