JCRE Global College was founded in 2019, and it is a relatively young college located in Imphal West, Manipur. This college is located in Babupara, just across the BSNL Telephone Bhawan and behind the Job Centre; it has quickly emerged as an important college in the region. To this effect, despite it being a young college, it has started to leave its mark through the various courses it has been offering in business and computer applications.

JCRE Global College is a private, co-educational institution affiliated with Manipur University, offering full-time undergraduate programmes in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). Thus, the campus is small, but the spaces created for students meet the requirements of comfortable learning. Namely, JCRE Global College has developed a numerous of facilities for all students: The major highlighted area is the library equipped with a good number of textbooks, reference books, and journals. This makes the students aware of some information happening within and outside the country because they are always launching newspapers, both local and national. In addition to the books, the library contains special publications as well as audio-visual aids to enhance learning.

JCRE Global College currently offers three full-time courses. Undergraduate courses are Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). The courses are an effort to prepare the students for the relevant market demands in the modern world economy. BA and BBA are three-year courses, and PGDCA is a one-year course that gives both undergraduate and postgraduate streams, education.
