The institute sprawls over a vast area of 4 acres and has grown into a beehive of learning activities in the area. The college is affiliated with BAMU Aurangabad. The college houses 710 students across all disciplines with a faculty strength of 27, maintaining the ideal student-teacher ratio and offering personalised attention with quality education. Jeevan Vikas Mahavidyalaya offers three undergraduate programmes in the pursuit of diversified interests within academia and career aspirations of students. As Jeevan Vikas Mahavidyalaya proudly boasts of its NAAC accreditation, so also does the institution look to justify efforts put into maintaining high educational standards.

The institution provides a lot of facilities, ensuring better exposure among students.
