Jogaiah Institute of Technology and Sciences was established in the year 2007 as a constituent college. The campus sprawls over 10.02 acres, and the institute offers its various educational programmes to a strength of 332 students. There are four undergraduate and postgraduate programs with ten courses: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, and B.Pharma in this institute. With 332 faculty strengths, the JITS provides a very conducive student-faculty ratio thereby providing individual attention and quality education. Also, Pharmacy Council of India has given approval to this institute, which reflects the commitment by the institute towards maintaining high academic standards.

JITS offers a lot of facilities, which make learning and development rewarding for students. The college has an absolutely well-equipped library containing over 10,000 books and journals at national as well as international levels. Plans are under way for a digital library. Modern laboratories for practical experience are available for all students. A well-equipped auditorium caters to events and seminars, and a health center provides first-aid facilities. Sports facilities, a gym, and hostels for boys and girls are available. It has an institution food court which sells hygienic meal to cater to their services and packs mineral water. These courses offered include five B.Tech programs in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering; three M.Tech specializations in Computer Science and Engineering, Embedded Systems, and Structural Engineering; MCA; and B.Pharma. All these programs are full-time, with the duration of 2-4 years. To be precise, the B.Pharma course has 60 students of approved intake, which really speaks for the pharmaceutical education.
