John Paul Memorial College of Arts and Science, Idukki was started in 2005 as Affiliated College in Idukki District of Kerala, India. It is a large learning institution situated on a 5-acre land and provides for variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Many students in the college with a total enrolment of 1,148 and 57 staff, the college fosters academic development. The institution is affiliated to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), which is a certificate of Excellence in education. A total of 14 classes are taught under 10 major programs in arts, science and commerce at John Paul Memorial College.

The Basilius Central Library is a special knowledge management centre having more than 8000 books, journals, and e-resources. Sports freaks are also catered with a one acre play area for cricket, football and volley ball. IT facilities in the college consist of a well-equipped computer room with over sixty new generation computers, including state-of-art advanced computers and Internet facilities exclusively for study.
