Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science is the first autonomous NAAC ‘A’ Grade & NBA accredited engineering college in Karimnagar. JITS Karimnagar was established in the year 1997 to impart technical education to rural youth. Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science Karimnagar focuses on providing innovative student-centered teaching learning environment ensuring innovation and students’ overall well being. Moreover, students at JITS Karimnagar are provided with expertise counselling that help them overcome their problems with the assistance of the counsellor.

At JITS Karimnagar, admissions are offered at undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma level. JITS BTech admission is done on the basis of marks obtained in TS EAMCET exam, while MTech, MBA, and diploma admissions are done based on GATE/TS PGECET, I-CET and TS POLYCET respectively.
