Kalai Kaviri College of Fine Arts, Tiruchirappalli also known as KKCFA Tiruchirappalli was established in the year 1996 under the Kalai Kaviri Institution. The Kalai Kaviri College of Fine Arts is affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr J Jayalalithaa Music and Fine Arts University, Chennai. 

KKCFA courses are provided in a total of 6 programmes at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels in the BFA, BFA Integrated, MFA, M.Phil and Ph.D degree courses in the disciplines of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences. KKCFA Tiruchirappalli College has also been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an ‘A’ grade.

KKCFA Tiruchirappalli admissions to the courses are done based on the merit of the previous qualifying examinations followed by a round of interview (aptitude test). According to the data provided by the NIRF 2022, about 7 students were placed in the KKCFA Tiruchirappalli placements drive.

KKCFA campus size is approximately 2.6 acres and the KKCFA infrastructure surrounds all of its academic buildings, administrative blocks, auditoriums, library, and hostels.
