Dear Seenu,
I am not very much clear with your question. Which college and its admission date you are asking about? I suggest you to comment the name of the college so that I can help you if I am aware of it, or you can ask it as a new question so that our members or experts can help you accurately.
Different colleges/universities have different dates of admission and its procedures, some takes admission by entrance test whereas some takes by merit based. But this year due this nasty pandemic all the entrance examinations have been delayed or suspended as it is not easy to conduct online examinations too until the situation is completely under control.
I will recommend you to visit the official site of the universities you are seeking admission for, there you may find the details about it.
I hope this information helps you.
All the best!!
