Kamala Pandey Mahavidyalay, Basti, is a young educational institution started in 2015 situated in Bilari, Basti, Uttar Pradesh. This is a fully accredited college offering undergraduate courses in arts, commerce, and science faculties, besides offering a diploma course in primary education. Comprising of 3 acres of land, the college has a total enrolment of 525 students and 8 teachers and faculty members. The institute is still young and aspires to deliver quality education to its students in the Basti area. 

Kamala Pandey Mahavidyalay possesses a wide number of resources that will contribute to the improvement of students learning  processes. A rich library collection is a learning resource centre that provides for learning needs in academic endeavours. These options include sports in case a student has the interest in participating more in physical activities that will supplement his or her learning with exercise. The college also has general-purpose laboratories, but it has specialised laboratories based on the subjects offered, hence essential in practicals in science subjects. To cope with the advanced technological future, Kamala Pandey Mahavidyalay is well equipped with a first-class IT facility so that students are able to enjoy technologically enhanced assistance. A cafeteria inside the school provides sitting areas and relaxation to the students and also has a guest/waiting room to accommodate a visiting faculty member or students’ families as a gesture of hospitality in the school. 

Kamala Pandey Mahavidyalay has four courses that are all full-time. These are Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), and a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.). The college has 950 approved enrolment capacity in all courses combined, but it still volunteers to educate as many students as it can, offering quality higher educational facilities in the area. 

At Kamala Pandey Mahavidyalay, admission will differ from one course to another. For the programme D.El.Ed., admission is given on a merit basis, such as mark sheets, with the mark secured in the qualifying examinations and/or entrance test as per the government of West Bengal policy.
