Kamlesh Mahavidyalaya in Bhind is a newly affiliated college recognised in 2010, it is situated in the village Raipura, district Bhind, Madhya Pradesh. This institution in a 2.5 acre compound provides a variety of undergraduate programmes and a diploma course. This college admits 133 students in total and the college has a faculty strength of seven members which actually make the learning atmosphere favourable. Kamlesh Mahavidyalaya has got the approval of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) in case of training teachers. The college has four courses of study in its three degree programmes and consist of the Arts, Sciences and Education.

In order to improve the quality of students, Kamlesh Mahavidyalaya has several installations. A good library plays an important role of resource centre for any learning institution. Education is provided for in the physical structure of the institution by having a medical facility that undertakes basic first aid. For individuals who are interested in sports and other forms of physical exercise, the college offers sporting facilities to promote healthy living. The campus has modern information technology assets to facilitate the delivery and acquisition of technology for the current learning environment. Specific laboratories are ideal for practicals most especially for the sciences. A physical classroom on campus is known as an auditorium these are used to host various events and seminars and other activities within the academic community. It also provides parking space amenities for parking to students, members of staff and everyone in the college.

About four courses are available at Kamlesh Mahavidyalaya and all these courses are full time. These include the following; three undergraduate degrees, and one diploma programme. The college has a total of 320 number of approved intake for all the courses offered in the college. 

The admission process of Kamlesh Mahavidyalaya differs from one course to another. For the D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) programme, admission are given strictly on merit, which means entrance test mark as well as marks obtained in the qualifying examination will be taken into consideration. Admission policies are also determined by state government, UT administration and the college is affiliated to the university. The other courses offered are BA-Hindi Literature, Sociology and History, B.Sc-Zoology, Botany and Chemistry and so on.
