Kavi Pooranmal Das Shikshan Sansthan, Etah, came to its operational existence in 2014 and is a co-educational institution situated in Kutubpur in the district of Etah, Uttar Pradesh. It is a NCTE approved institute that is especially focused on teaching and teacher education. The college is affiliated with DBRAU Agra. This college is situated in a space of 2.16 acres; however, at present, it offers the educational facility to 334 students and comprises 26 faculty members. The institute offers two programmes in teacher education at two different levels. Due to its focus on the cultivation of future educators, Kavi Pooranmal Das Shikshan Sansthan is an important stakeholder in the provision of education in the region. 

Kavi Pooranmal Das Shikshan Sansthan has a number of facilities that kindle the spirit of learning in its students. The college library functions as a source of information to the student, and the latter is, therefore, availed a host of educational resources. For societies, functions and academic activities, the college contains a fully equipped auditorium for large audiences. It actively develops technology, and with a great Information Technology body, the students are knowledgeable in current learning technologies. There are opportunities for the students' athletic centre for physical fitness and recreation and sporting amenities. 

To the comfort of the college community, the college also provides a guest or the waiting room for the visitors, including the faculty and the students’ relatives or friends. For purposes of experiential learning, the college accommodates department-specific laboratories. There is a health centre in the camp with an equipped first-aid post for treatment of any inshore medical emergencies. However, the college houses a gym facility for students to help them embrace flexibility, strength and endurance. 

Kavi Pooranmal Das Shikshan Sansthan has limited programmes that focus in the area of education, offering two full-time courses. The institute offers academic programmes such as the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme and the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) programme. All these programmes are intended to produce students for the teaching profession at various levels of education. The total sanctioned strength for these courses is 150 per year, with 100 seats for B.Ed and the remaining 50 seats in D.El.Ed.

At Kavi Pooranmal Das Shikshan Sansthan, the admission is based on qualification marks of the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The institute also operates with the admission standards as provided by the Uttar Pradesh local government and the university it is directly linked to. For the B.Ed programme, candidates are admitted on the merit of the qualifying examination, as well as on the result of the state-level entrance test. In the same manner, the D.El.Ed programme admissions are given through the merit list prepared with reference to the state government notifications.
