Keshav memorial Institute of commerce and science (KMICS) was established in 1995 is a private college affiliated to Osmania University situated at Hyderabad, Telangana. Situated in a campus area of 4.5 Acres, KMICS has 14 teaching courses under 6 degree programs with total student enrolment is 1809 and faculty strength 68. The institute offers a wide and multiplicity of courses in the areas of Commerce, Science, and Management, undergraduate and postgraduate levels. 

This distribution of students makes KMICS a co-educational institution for boys and girls with girls standing at 215 boys at 101. The institute has specialization in Commerce, Business Analytics, Computer Applications and Science streams.

KMICS is well equipped with some of the state for facilities needed to enhance student learning and development. The campus consists of well-decorated class rooms, sophisticated laboratories and a library which is stocked up to the brim with books and the latest technologies with internet facilities. There is enhanced access to IT facilities such as internet and computerized laboratories by students in their compute benefiting research and learning. 

The institute also has facilities for sports for the orderly conduct of games, an auditorium to help house functions and seminars, and a cafeteria that serves healthful food. Also, KMICS offers medical facilities, internet connection in all buildings, and some free parking for learners and members of the staff

The institute is currently providing 14 full time courses at under graduate and post graduate levels. In the under graduate level of education, KMICS offers B.Com, B.Com (Hons), B.Com in Computer Applications and Business Analytics, BBA, and various B.Sc. The master degree programs include Master of Commerce in Finance, Master of Science in Mathematics, Master of Science in Organic Chemistry, Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry and Master of Science in Statistics. The overall approved intake capacity of the college for all the courses is 1809 seats to offer different programs in academic discipline and for various job profiles.

Admission criteria for students at KMICS differs with the level of study most especially at the post graduate level. In regard to the undergraduate courses offered, the admissions are generally done through the merits of qualifying exams. CPGET which stands for Osmania University Common Post graduate Entrance Test is the entrance test for postgraduate admissions in Osmania University. 

The admit card of CPGET 2024 will be released till July 9 and the examination will be conducted offline from July 6 to July 16. Moreover, the admissions through the management quota is also available at GKMIMS for some of the program. On scholarships, the institute offers the following, In FY2022/2023 316 postgraduate students sought reimbursements out of which 183 students got rewarded. More concrete information regarding the alumni are not available, however the alumni association of KMICS, keeps an interactional alumni network to the current and previous students.
