Khalsa Kanya Mahavidyalya, Rampur came into existence in 2015 and is an affiliated college. The campus is located at Dhawawni Hasanpur, Bilaspur, Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, with a compact area of 1.02 acres, thus offering quality education to girls. This NCTE-approved college is presently offering only one degree course with a total enrolment of 377 students. Currently, the institution has a faculty strength of 21, thereby maintaining a very congenial student-to-teacher ratio, which helps in extending personal care and attention toward the growth of the students. 

There are various facilities provided by the college to enhance the learning process of the students. At the core of these facilities lies a well-stocked library with a huge and varied collection of technical, professional, and general-interest books. Working hours for the Library are during the working hours of the Institute on all working days; it may have extended working hours depending on the students' requirements. The Khalsa Kanya Mahavidyalya offers departmental laboratories where students are able to work out theoretical learning into practice in pursuit of practical learning. It is also proud of its high-quality IT infrastructure, which helps the students to remain updated with the different technological developments taking place in their respective field of education. 

Khalsa Kanya Mahavidyalya currently has a single course, the B.Ed degree programme.  The course structure of the B.Ed. programme is oriented to enable the prospective teacher with adequate knowledge and skill for a successful teaching profession. While the college concentrates on this specialised teacher education programme, it reveals an equally strong commitment towards keeping the standard of education in this field very high.

The admission procedure to the B.Ed course in Khalsa Kanya Mahavidyalya is based on merit. The meritorious students shall be selected on the basis of their qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Other selection processes may also be adopted by the college, as may be deemed necessary, in accordance with the policies framed by the state government, U.T.
