Kharvel Subharti College of Pharmacy, Meerut, is a constituent college established in 2009 at the campus of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. The institute is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and educates future pharmacists through various pharmacy programmes. The strong faculty of the institute comprises about 39 members. It provides the right mix of B.Pharma, D.Pharma, M.Pharma, Pharm.D, and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences on diverse specialisations under the pharmacy sector. 

Kharvel Subharti College of Pharmacy provides a vibrant and favourable campus with modern facilities to encourage the overall development of a student. The heart of any college is its library. Over 25,000 books are available to the students, and the college subscribes to many national and international journals in hard as well as e-journals. It is well-equipped with the library, audio-visual aids, internet facilities, and a projector room to supplement teaching and learning. The college has fully equipped laboratories for each department for practical training. The IT infrastructure imparts the latest technology for the students for their education. Other than these, there are other facilities for hostels, one for the boys and another one for the girls, such as air-conditioned services, 24 hours running of hot and cold water, Wi-Fi connectivity, entertainment centres for the students. 

Kharvel Subharti College of Pharmacy offers a total of 8 courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels of study. At present, one can enroll in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, and Ph.D. programmes. The M.Pharma courses have their specialisations in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry.

Admission procedure is done majorly through University Common Entrance Examination that includes SNET, MERIT, and CUET (Common University Entrance Test). The college accepts CUET UG scores for undergraduate programmes in B.Pharma and D.Pharma. The CUET PG shall have valid scores for M.Pharm course postgraduate admissions.
