KJR College of Pharmacy, Rajahmundry, was established in 2003 and is one of the most reputed colleges under the gamut of Andhra Pradesh for pharmaceutical education. It is situated on 5.16 acres of Burgupudi Village, Korukonda Mandalam. The institute conducts courses in pharmacy such as B.Pharma, D.Pharma, and M.Pharma specialisations. KJR College of Pharmacy is enroled with 252 students and approved by AICTE and PCI to provide quality education, supported by a faculty of 28 experienced professionals.

KJR College of Pharmacy offers five courses at three degree levels. The institute offers full-time programmes—a flagship 4-year B.Pharma course with an intake of 100 students and a 2-year D.Pharma programme accommodating 60 students. Three M.Pharma specialisations offered at the postgraduate level are Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutics, and Pharmaceutical Technology, each having a duration of 2 years and varying intake capacities.

The admission procedure followed by KJR College of Pharmacy is according to the rules and regulations of Andhra University and the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The selection in the B.Pharma programme shall be through the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test conducted at the state level by AP EAMCET. This creates a fair and uniform process for admission to the pharmacy course as a whole.
