KJR College of Pharmacy, Rajahmundry, was established in 2003 and is one of the most reputed colleges under the gamut of Andhra Pradesh for pharmaceutical education. It is situated on 5.16 acres of Burgupudi Village, Korukonda Mandalam. The institute conducts courses in pharmacy, such as B.Pharma, D.Pharma, and M.Pharma specializations. KJR College of Pharmacy offers five courses at three degree levels. Three M.Pharma specializations offered at the postgraduate level are Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutics, and Pharmaceutical Technology, each having a duration of 2 years and varying intake capacities. The admission procedure followed by KJR College of Pharmacy is according to the rules and regulations of Andhra University and the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The selection in the B.Pharma program shall be through the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test conducted at the state level by AP EAMCET. This creates a fair and uniform process for admission to the pharmacy course as a whole. The college also accepts AP EAMCET scores for other programs, thus the uniform admission standard for its courses is maintained. Students should look out for when the AP EAMCET examination is done and the counseling that follows afterwards.
