KL Polytechnic, Jaunpur, was established in 2010 and is an affiliated college located in Bharauda, Malhani, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. This co-educational institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, and thus imparts quality technical education. The polytechnic offers three diploma programs in the engineering field to a wide base of students. There are 19 faculty members in the institution who work hard towards providing practical and technical education to the upcoming engineers. The practically oriented learning and industrially relevant skills that the institute has emphasised make it one of the prominent institutions in the region for pursuing diploma-level education.

KL Polytechnic has adequate facilities to support the learning and development of its students. Its library has a collection of 1,908 volumes with 205 titles and seating for 150 as a knowledge centre for both students and faculty. The institute provides transport facilities for students and staff to make commuting easier.

The institute offers three full-time diploma programmes, each of three years duration. These include Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering, and Diploma in Electrical Engineering. The approved intake for the aforementioned programmes is 120 students annually. Out of this, there is an intake of 45 seats each in Civil and Electrical Engineering, along with a total of 30 seats in Computer Science and Engineering. These programmes have been tailored and formulated in a manner that assists students in establishing firm grounds in their current area of study and eventually securing a promising career in the field of engineering.

Admission to KL Polytechnic, Jaunpur is done on the basis of Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination, popularly known as JEECUP. This is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the Joint Entrance Examination Council UP, Lucknow.
