National Pharmacovigilance Week celebration from September 19-23, 2023 organised by KMCH College of Pharmacy
‘Meri Mati - Mera Desh’ - Plantation of saplings by NSS (SFU) units was held on 1 th August 2023 that was launched by the Honourable Prime Minister of India during the latest edition of Mann Ki Baat which was aired on 30.07.2023.
KMCH College of Pharmacy, Comibatore was established in the year 1995 and recognised by the Government of Tamil Nadu, Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi and Affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. The college offers a total of 8 courses at diploma, UG, PG and doctoral levels. Students can pursue courses like B.Pharma, D. Pharma, M.Pharma, Pharm.D in various streams like Pharamaseutiocs and Pharmacology. Students willing to take admission in any of these courses at the college must fill the online application form through the official website and pay the requisite fee. The college also has a placement cell that provides the students with various job opportunities at various reputed pharma industries and hospitals.
The KMCHCOP is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi, and ranked between 101-125 Pharmacy Colleges as per latest NIRF ranking. Along with that, KMCH College of Pharmacy, Coimbatore provides super speciality hospital facilities with 1000 beds with clinical training and exposure for the students of B. The KMCH Coimbatore has very good placement opportunities. The placement percentage is nearly 68%. The lowest salary offered is nearly INR 10,000 per month. The highest salary is nearly INR 35,000 per month. The average salary ranges from INR 15,000-20,000 per month. The total fees over here are nearly INR 1.2 lakhs. The average hostel fee is nearly INR 70,000 in total.
