K.S.R Institute of Dental Science and Research (KSRIDSR) was started in the year 2004, is one of the premier Institution on Dental education and Research Institution situated at Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu. This college is built as private institutiion, located in affiliation with Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai and it provides dental education since nearly two decades. Having its 7 acres located in Trichy, KSRIDSR has several dental courses recognized by the Dental council of India (DCI). The institute has 499 total student enrolment, out of them 89% students are under graduate and 11% are post graduate. KSRIDSR has aggregated a strength of faculty 195 which makes its distinguished student strength faculty ratio excellent that provides personal and quality education.
To achieve its vision and mission, KSRIDSR boasts of well-equipped physical structures and adequate facilities to cater for the needs of students in their academic and personnel development. The GIKI owns well furnished hostels for boys as well as girls to provide homely atmosphere with Television, Telephonic Facilities, round the clock internet surfing, Study Rooms etc. The library of the institute is well stocked with academic books, journals and e- resources with internet facility available all over the campus. For all round development KSRIDSR provides very good facilities for sports and has an ultramodern auditorium for cultural and academic carnivals. The institute canteen provides North India and South India foods and is able to meet various tastes of the population as well as being clean.
The institute offers a total of eight courses across two degree programs: Undergraduate: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) Postgraduate: Master of Dental Surgery (MDS). The BDS program as a five year full time course has an approved intake capacity of one hundred students.

Yes, my college has got all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. My class room is well ventilated and has smart boards. The prosthodontic laboratory can allow hundred people work at a time. The conservative laboratory provide individual phantom to each student. The libraries, sports centres and hostels are well faciliated. The living place is so clean and the food is hygienic.
