Maa Dhanawati Mahavidyalaya is an educational institution situated in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh and was established in 2005. This college spans only a 5-acre land but has been in service for almost one and a half decades. The institute offers two primary degree programmes. Along with the B.Ed two-year degree programme, the college also offered a conventional course integrated course of the BA programme to the total student intake of 439. It has a faculty of 10 committed teachers, which means that the college has a compact and positive student/teacher ratio that guarantees adequate attention to each learning individual. 

It is affiliated with Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University (VBSPU), Jaunpur.  Infonmall, it can be deduced that the college provides a conducive environment because it has been in existence and operating for several years to facilitate the users in its various campus facilities, which, unfortunately, the author has failed to provide much detail about them. 

Maa Dhanawati Mahavidyalaya offers two full-time courses: a two-year B.Ed programme and a three-year B.A degree programme. The B.Ed course, offered to the aspirants of teachers, has an intake capacity of 100 candidates, which is well-recognised, reflecting the institution’s commitment to the teaching arena by producing job-oriented professionals.
