Maa Sharda Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jalalabad, is a known affiliated college that was established in 2013 in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. The college approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) offers a wide spectrum of education courses for the female aspirants in this region. The college enrols an aggregate of 1,273 in the five courses that it offers in four degree programmes and aims to create a culture of learning.

The post graduate studies this college offers are Master of Arts in Hindi and Sociology for two years. Also, there is a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). The college student admission capacity is high with 1,273. 

The admission process of Maa Sharda Mahila Mahavidyalaya differs course to course. Admission for the D.El.Ed programme are merit base as per marks obtained in the qualifying/corresponding entrance examination as per govt. of West Bengal Govt or UT administration policy. For other courses, they also require high academic performance as a criterion for admission.
