Degree wise Admission Process

MBBS: Admissions to the MBBS course at Madhubani Medical College follow:

  1. Candidates must have passed the secondary level qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English as compulsory subjects.
  2. The minimum score of 50 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined is required for the general category candidates in the qualifying exam. The other backwards are given a minimum score of 40 percent combined marks. SC and ST candidates need to score at least 40 percent.
  3. Candidates must qualify the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) with not less than 50 percent marks (40 percent for SC/ST/OBC candidates) obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined.
  4. The final selection will be based on merit from the NEET score and the qualifications of the candidate in the eligible examination.
