Well your marks and your category seems a great combination for you to get admission in really nice medical colleges. Through state quota you have more chances as compared AIQ. I think you may get a seat Madras medical college with that marks and that category.
I hope this information helps.a
All the best.
Dear aspirant, as you have not mentioned your category here so the cutoff rank for NEET in 2019 UR category was 1586 for madras medical college. For the cut off for other categories as well you may refer to the link below:

Hi Dharini,
Till now, there is no lateral entry option to get into a mbbs course.
So, if you wish to pursue mbbs/bds courses you still have to qualify neet entrance exam with good marks and ranks.
However, the NEP is planning to make a 2year foundation course for nursing and dentistry students to give them a direct/lateral entry in mbbs for rest of 2 years duration;(only nursing and dentistry students).
But , right now this rule is not passed and accepted as it is highly oppsed by mbbs students nationwide.
So, ultimately right now you cannot get any kind of lateral entry into mbbs course on the basis of your b.pharma degree.
The only way to get a seat for mbbs in any medical college of India is to clear the neet entrance.
Good luck.
Hello
Admission process, eligibility criteria, and the cutoff vary from college to college. Kindly mention that you are seeking admission in which college? Also, if wish to know about Madras Medical College, it does not offer Pharm D. course.
Good Luck!
Dear Candidate
See as per your Marks-303 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.
You cannot get into any government medical college with this mark.
There is very less probability of getting a seat.
At this stage, I will suggest you must use this link to get a fair idea about the colleges both Private and Government you can get as per the score you have received and then plan accordingly.

Hello candidate !!
Sorry to say but 314 is a very low score even with OBC reservation if you want to get into a college through All India Quota Counselling.
It would have been helpful if you have mentioned which category you belong to in you state(BC/MBC/BCM/OC/SCA). Nevertheless, this year the cut off has increased. It will be quite difficult to get even through state quota .
Here is a link you can refer for cut off colleges in Tamil Nadu-

All the best.

Hey Abhilash !
The issue of Rural service bond has quite a vast multitude of outcomes. Mostly it differs from state to state. And rather from college to college. In some cases the rural service bond has been dismissed while in other cases (mostly) there's a 2 weeks period during which the bond is applicable only for the subject of Com. Med. Hence it's quite difficult to say about that presently or the existence of the bond 5 years hence.
Good Luck !
Infrastructure was very good in terms of clinical resources and patient inflow.Hostel was not upto the mark in the first year which was later rectified when a new hostel building was opened..College and library had everything we could ask for
The college infrastructure is not upto the mark and it doesn’t have proper campus. The college in general is clean and have decent hygienic conditions. The classrooms are very congested for a strength of 250 students.
