Affiliated college new to the list of pharmacy colleges is the Mahalaxmi Institute of Pharmacy, Raigaon, Satara, Maharashtra, established in 2016. It is a comparatively young institution that is recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), which makes it to provide quality education in the field of pharmaceutical science. The institute is situated in a small area of two acres of land and as of now the institute has a strength of 119 students and 10 members of the teaching faculties. At the present, only two degree programmes is offered at the Mahalaxmi Institute of Pharmacy, aiming at offering specialised education in the field of pharmacy. 

Mahalaxmi Institute of Pharmacy, Raigaon is affiliated with the college Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai. Mahalaxmi Institute of Pharmacy has an auditorium is used for occasions and meetings and it encourages learning and artistic exploitation. Mahalaxmi Institute of Pharmacy offers two courses: a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) and a Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharma). This programme as a full-time one takes for two years, and upon completion, students are equipped with necessary pharmaceutical sciences. The institute has an approved sanction of 60 intake capacity for this programme and is committed to a favourable student-faculty ratio. This specialisation is especially effective for the institute because it enables them to devote all their efforts to providing a proper education in the sphere of pharmacy with the goal to prepare students for work in the pharmaceutical business or further education.
