Mahaveer Institute of Engineering and Technology, popularly known as MIET, was established in the year 2010 at Meerut in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The MIET Meerut has a host of facilities that help make this campus a great place to spend time. The College Library is one of the premier institutions serving as the backbone for any academic course. It houses over 10,000 titles on different subjects and 20,000 volumes. It also subscribes to 125 national and international journals that would help students remain updated about the latest research and knowledge. The IT infrastructure of the institute is one of the finest, making sure that the students are fully prepared for the digital era. Regarding extracurricular activities, MIET has to its credit a sprawling auditorium with a capacity of 500 seats, ideal for various academic and cultural programmes. The sports lovers would like the vast playgrounds and other facilities for different types of sporting activities. The college also provides decent hostel facilities for both boys and girls.
