Manav Institute of Education, Hisar was established in 2007 as affiliated college at Jevra, Tehsil Barwala, Hisar, Haryana. This is a co-educational institution approved by NCTE, New Delhi, and exclusively dealing with teacher education programmes. On a compact 1.0002-acre campus, the institute offers two primary courses: B.Ed and D.Ed, having a faculty strength of 25. Manav Institute of Education has the vision to conduct education programmes in an ideal learning atmosphere for building up future teachers.

The institute is well-equipped with many facilities to enhance the educational experience for its students. There is a well-stocked library with more than 6,100 books, 300 reference books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, and journals, which are very good support for academic functions.
