The college has adequate library facilities for students. MIE's library possesses 6108 books, 300 reference books, three sets of encyclopedias, various types of Dictionaries, and many Journals. Reading hall remains open for more than eight hours a day to study with a concentration in a pleasant environment. The College has Indoor and Outdoor sports facilities including badminton and volleyball courts available at the Campus. Due recognition is also given to students participating in co-curricular activities. They are felicitated during functions. College won the inter-state volleyball tournament in 2009.

A fleet of comfortable and safe buses ferries our students and staff from all over the city to our college. New Luxury buses are deployed to ferry the students from nearby cities and villages in a radius of 50 KM on nominal charges. These buses ply on different routes such as Adampur, Hisar, Hansi, Agroha, Fatehabad, and Barwala. This facility ensures that the students reach college well in time.
