Mar Baselios College of Nursing, Ernakulam being apart of this group of institution is also a renowned college focusing mainly on nursing education. This affiliated college was started at Thangalam, Kothamangalam P.O in the year 2003 of Ernakulam District of Kerala state. The college is affiliated with INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL [INC] thus affording quality education in the sphere of nursing. MBCN Kothamangalam admitted 818 first year students of nursing and has a faculty of 27 to ensure an appropriate climate for nursing students. It offers different types of denominations of nursing with undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to suit any is the field of nursing.

Mar Baselios College of Nursing provides a litany of amenities whose purpose is to complement the learning environment of the students of the institution. There is a girls’ hostel and the female students who come from different parts of the country are able to live comfortably with their fellow females.
