Mar Osthatheos College, Perumpilavu, was set up in the year 2013 and is a budding college situated in Kunnamkulam, Thrissur district of Kerala state. Being a private college, it provides a wide level of options as both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in multiple department streams. The college is small has a 5 acre area for the college now has a total number of 431 students and the college has 19 teaching faculties. Mar Osthatheos College offers 7 courses, scattered in 6 areas of study, in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Applications and English Literature. 

Mar Osthatheos College offers a variety of activities that help to facilitate the learning processes of the college students. The technological framework of this organisation enjoys a large air-conditioned computer laboratory that has over one hundred system installed with appropriate hardware and software. This modern computer laboratory with connected LAN networking allows students to develop these skills and make their visions into real inventions. A specialised Programming Lab improves the abilities of the students in developing programming skills is also available. The college library is a major knowledge centre comprising a collection of books amounting to an estimated 6000 with various references in some specialised fields. Students are able to read recent magazines, periodicals, national dailies and international journals in the reading room, allowing them to update themselves with recent development in electronic, computer sciences and modern technology. It also has reprographic facilities and an on line public access catalog for ease of handling the library resources.
