Post Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Care and Management at Marian College, Kuttikkanam Offline Course

Post Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Care and Management focuses on concepts and exemplars related to geriatric care and management. Based on theories of aging and principles of geriatric care students will learn how to develop health promotional activities, disease prevention strategies and long-term care management of older adults in communities and in institutional care setting. Topics include: Psycho-social and physical changes in aging different models of care delivery, support services and programs for older adults and their families. Duration of this course will be for two semesters over a period of one academic year including on semester of field practicum.
