It offers the management education on its 18 acres land accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Lack of specific ranking data and yet, the college is set to ensuring optimal output in delivering education in management. A capacity of 8 members of faculties is teaching management and providing the Institute’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) for students seeking a career in the management field.

Marthoma College of Management and Technology caters for the needs of its students through well equipped facilities designed to enhance learning and development. There are separate hostels for boys and girls on the campus so the students get additional time in computer labs and also engage in enfaxsmeant programmes. Marthoma College of Management and Technology at present only has one post graduate course – MBA . This is a two-year full course that is approved for admission of 60 students only. The admission process of MBA programme in Marthoma college of Management and Technology is a selective one and searching. Aspiring candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and score a minimum of 15% in one of the following entrance examinations: CMAT of AICTE or Kerala Management Admission Test (KMAT-Kerala) to be held under the supervision of Admission Supervisory Committee or CAT held by IIMs. Besides, the college also takes into account the member Group Discussion score and the Personal Interview scores. The institute offers multiple entries available to students and accepts scores from CAT, XAT, CMAT, and KMAT Kerala.
