The 1000 marks that you are talking about are aggregated marks of class 11 and 12. But for JOSAA counseling you just need to provide class 12 marks and not class 11 marks.

So just calculate and enter your class 12 marks in the counseling process.

Yes you are eligible to apply for josaa councelling but it will be of no worth as if you get alloted into any nits iiits or GFTIs then too during document verification you are not allowed to get admission as you had not fulfill the minimum cutoff
