Matoshri Ushatai Jadhav Institute of Management Studies and Research Centre, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra is an affiliated college 2011. The institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education and the sanctum sanctorum for management education. The institute is located on a small 2-acre campus, and presently has a total enrolment of 33 students with a faculty strength of 4. The institute only has a single postgraduate degree program in the Master of Management Studies (MMS).

Matoshri Ushatai Jadhav Institute of Management Studies and Research Centre has facilities that are intended to enhance the learning experience of its students. The campus has ergonomically designed, fully air-conditioned classrooms fitted with the latest audiovisual aids to provide a comfortable and effective learning environment. It also has a fully digitised library with an inventory of more than 2,000 books, electronic journals, leading business magazines, newspapers, and other multimedia resources that enable independent research and study. It has a state-of-the-art computer centre having more than 120 networked PCs in three independent laboratories. All these computers are loaded with various specialised tools subject to the students' requirements for their courses. It also provides sports facilities, including a gym, for the physical well-being of the students.

Presently, the Matoshri Ushatai Jadhav Institute of Management Studies and Research Centre offers only one full-time postgraduate programme at this institute: the Master of Management Studies. This is a two-year programme with an approved intake capacity of 90 students who can pursue this career-oriented course in management. 

The institute offers admission to the MMS programme based on the performance in various aptitude tests.
