In 2019, under All India Quota, the cut off ranks and marks for the Colleges that you requested for under OBC Category have been as follows:
MAMC: 148
VMMC:357
UCMS:374
KGMU: 557-613 (Score)
IP BHU:1097
Except for KGMU, the rest of them are the ranks. So to roughly translate them for a seat in any of these Colleges, you need more than 650 even with OBC reservation. This is because cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Merging of AIIMS and JIPMER with NEET doesn't lower the cut offs. If both these colleges bring a total of 1700 seats, there are atleast 2 lakhs more students who appear for NEET every year.
To help you with your NEET preparation, we have NEET Knockout packages that you can check at: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/. To help you during admission and counselling, we have https://www.careers360.com/mbbs-companion.
In 2019, under State quota, 615 marks secured a seat in MAMC under State Quota. This is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
Regarding the OBC 40% criteria, that is the eligiblity to meet NEET qualifications. NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. To be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th.

General Category: 647
OBC: 615
ST: 455
Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. If you are appearing for NEET in 2020, you should target for atleast 25 marks more than those mentioned here against your Category. Sagar, Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now for AIIMS, you will need more than 625, for MAMC you eill need atleast 500 and KGMU you will need more than 500. Now this is all based on 2109 data but if you are enquiring about 2021 data, we need to wait until NEET 2020 results are declared because we need to see the trend and cut offs. Harsha, Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. In 2019, under All India Quota, a score of 596 was shortlisted for AFMC. It was 596 was boys and 610 for girls. Now this is 2019 data ans cut offs are bound to happen. For being shortlisted for AFMC for 2020, you will need nothing less than 625 because mere scoring 625 doesn't get you to AFMC. There is a series of tests like TOELR, Psychoanalyitcal tesst and Personal Interview on which basis the final merit list is prepared. So you should aim for nothing less than 625.

Hi
If you belong to Odisha then you are only eligible for all India quota for getting seat in Delhi for which cutoff is comparatively higher
In neet 2018, 662 (tel:2019) marks was the lowest marks for general category for getting a seat in Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi under all India quota
But cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , you should try to get at least around 680 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 (tel:2020) examination if you want to get into Maulana Azad Medical College
