Sumit, PWD is not a vertical reservation. It is a reservation within your Category. So for example, if you belong to OBC and have PWD reservation, you get a seat under OBC-PWD, so on amd so forth. So if you can help us with your Category, we can help you with relevant information.

If you have the marks greater than the cutoff of any college then you can get admission in that college if all the other factors like availability of seat, reservations(if any), etc are neutral.
As you have explained your situation that you gof 700 marks then you can get admission in the college with the cutoff at 600.
