yes, you can get a seat at any colleges in India. if you want MAMC Delhi then, sure you will get a seat in them but if you belong to Delhi(home-state).becayse last year cutoff was 675 marks(AIQ) and 623 marks(Home-state).

The cut off for maulana azad college last year was 580+ marks. So basically the college requires quite high percent.

Im 15% all india quota,  you will be having no problems in getting a seat in MAMC Delhi 

As the cut off marks is usually around 650.

You can apply in private medical colleges but for govt seats you must have state domicile.

You need to score above and approx 550 to get admission in decent private medical colleges.
