The cutoff varies year to year. As this year 2017,  the cut off marks for 15% quota seats was more than 640 & for state quota seats it was more than 560. With this you can take an idea for 2018.

You can apply in private medical colleges but for govt seats you must have state domicile.

You need to score above and approx 550 to get admission in decent private medical colleges.

Chances are not that high but you have chances in Kerela state under 85% quota. You can try in some state level college under 15% as well.

If you belong from J & K you are not eligible to take admission in MAMC. You are eligible to take admission in AFMC.
