In accordance to your corresponding marks of 586 in Neet and belonging to the the general category, the following prediction could be made. Based on the previous year cutoff, the closing score for MAMC are as follows:
1st Round - 600
2nd Round - 579
So your chances of getting a seat in the MAMC Agroha is quite good enough. But this cannot be surely said as because the cutoff varies every year and also statewise. However you can have a try for this respective college. Hoping for the best. For more information refer to

Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks through State quota .

As per NEET 2020 cutoffs it doesn't seem possible that you'll be able to get a seat in the college with an AIR of 38.5K despite having EWS category.
For EWS category ,in 2020 the cutoff score for the college was 614 and a closing AIR of about 15K .
