Meenakshi College of Education, has a campus in Ballabgarh, Haryana, with the vision of manifold development of much-needed future educators. This co-educational institute in the village of Motuka, Tehsil Dayalpur, concentrated its curriculum in the area of teacher education. The quality of training in teacher education programs is maintained by Meenakshi College of Education, which was approved by the National Council for Teacher Education.

A candidate seeking admission should have ordinarily undergone 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 years of study to be eligible for admission.
