Melkar Women’s Pre-University and Degree College, Munnoor, which was started in 2012, is an affiliated college situated at Bantwal Taluk of Karnataka. Located on 3 acres, this institution is one of the finest women’s college in the town. At the moment, the college has two undergraduate programmes with overall student capacity of 153 and the college has 15 faculty members.

These programmes have an approved intake of 60 students for each and as such, the total seat capacity is 120.
