MES Arts and Science College, Amayur, an institution was established in 2012, is a leading higher education institution in Palakkad, Kerala. As an affiliated college, it occupies the 8-acre land and has a rich register of courses to develop young talents. Currently, the college has been registered for a total of 375 students and faculty, with 23 functional members who offer a productive environment for learning. MES Arts and Science College currently is offering 7 majors and mini-majors under five degree programmes The areas of specialisation include Commerce, Business Administration, English, Food Technology and Physics. Through effective courses’ offering and acquisition of infrastructure, the college has gained reputation in producing quality education.

MES Arts and Science College has a total of seven courses; all these courses are full-time. These include under graduate programmes like BBA, B.COM in Finance and Computer applications, B.Sc. Food technology and Physics, and BA Functional English. At the postgraduate level, there is one course called MA in English at this college. The total number of students that the college is permitted to admit is three hundred and seventy-five, although the amount differs per course. For instance, BBA, B.Com Finance and B.Com. Computer Applications courses hold 70 students each.
