MET Institute of Software Development and Research is a specialised educational institution situated in Mumbai, India, which deals with the R & D of software development talent. Located in the Business District of Bandra West the institute is in the Bhujbal Knowledge City Complex. The data with regards to institution year, and rankings are scarce, however, the institute provides an advanced diploma in software development course. This is a full time, one year course in software with an approved capacity of 30 students for the course.

The institute's primary focus is on software development education, offering a single specialised course which is the PGP Data Science and Machine Learning. This full-time programme takes one year and has an approved capacity admission of 30 students.

It is mandatory for MET aspiring student to write the MET Common Entrance Test, commonly referred to as MET CET which comprises of a MET CET written test. After the completion of the written examination candidates who qualify for the next stage are subjected to an interview.
