- Students who have completed graduation or post-graduation from distance mode or any open University are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have qualified CA, CFA, ACS, or ICWAI with a basic graduation degree can apply for M.Phil courses as well.
- SC/ST candidates get a 5% relaxation of marks in the prescribed minimum marks.
- Teachers who are regularly employed in this University or colleges affiliated with this University can also apply for M.Phil. programs.
